Shipping Charges
Every DM Elegance order ships free across India with standard delivery. Express delivery is available at a flat ₹499. Charges, if any, are always shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden costs.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of a confirmed payment. Standard delivery then takes 3–6 business days; Express delivery arrives in 1–2 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales or due to courier or weather delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp so you can follow your order until it reaches you.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the courier will reattempt delivery. If it still cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to re-ship or process a refund. For any delivery concern, reach us on WhatsApp or at our support email.
